He has done his MCh. in Heart & Vascular surgeries from the premier and eminent institute, AIIMS New Delhi and then further worked at the same prestigious institute for almost a year during which he has performed a good number of surgeries independently like CABG, single and double Valve Replacements, Mitral Valve repair, congenital heart surgeries, Vascular surgeries and lungs surgeries.
Presently he is performing all the above mentioned cardiac surgeries in a well -equipped and modern cardiac operation theatre with experienced and skilled team to deliver outstanding results. Dr. Palkesh has done outstanding work in total artery CABG, Pediatric Cardiac Surgeries & Minimally invasive surgeries. He also has Experience of handling ECMO Unit (Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation) with very good results. Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery can be performed both on a Beating Heart – Off Pump or Beating Heart Surgery, or on a still heart – On Pump CABG. Both modalities are routinely used depending on patient needs.
Valvular Heart Surgery
- Valve Repair Techniques for all types of Mitral Valve disease are done preferentially.
